A: WHAT IS SPECIFIC FOCUS OF THE FIRM: SALES, LEASING. IS IT LOCAL, OR PART OF FRANCHISE, ANY OTHER OFFICES.

B: WHAT IS COMMISSION OR FEE SCHEDULE AND WHAT IS COMMISSION SPLIT FOR SALES AGENTS.

C: WHAT ARE THE SPECIFIC DUTIES EG: FLOOR TIME, PHONE DUTY SO ON.

D: MEMBER OF MLS, WHAT ARE THE START-UP FEES,INCLUDING TRAINING IF ANY

E: WHAT TYPES OF LEADS WILL THERE BE IF ANY.

F: WHAT IS EXPECTED WITH REGARD TO THE FIRST 6 MONTHS OR YEAR.

G: WHAT SPECIFICALLY WILL THE BROKER AND COMPANY DO TO ASSIST ME WITH MY GOALS

H: MOST IMPORTANT WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING IS THERE!!!! YOU ARE LOOKING FOR FORMAL TRAINING, NOT ONCE IN AWHILE.
