I have been involved in real estate for almost 20 years, and throughout this time I never met an individual as dedicated to the profession as you.

Every session with you was thorough, lively, and enlightening; you provided an in depth discussion of real estate from A to Z. You have a true dedication and commitment to the profession for which I am grateful. In fact, your commitment and passion to fair housing was second to none.

Every student that completes your course is familiar with the local, state, and federal fair housing laws. Every student that completes your course realizes the importance of equal opportunity and access to the American dream. Every student that completes your course knows that when it comes to fair housing, they must take it serious. It was comforting to know that there are true, dedicated, knowledgeable and committed professionals like you that are carrying the torch for fairness and equal opportunity to the masses.

It is a noble cause that I am proud to have championed and I know a fair housing expert when I see one; I am the former commissioner of the New York State Division of Human Rights, former commissioner of a public housing authority, former president of Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation of the State of New York, former senior vice president of Battery Park City Authority, former vice president of the New York State Housing Finance Agency, former senior official for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

As Ralph Waldo Emerson once said " nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm." Being a former educator, I have such enormous respect for your unique style of teaching and the dedication that you bring to all of your students. My husband, Jerry and myself were fortunate enough to have had you as our instructor for seven of the twelve classes required to become a real estate salesperson, and no other teacher came close to conveying the curriculum in the creative and enlightening manner that highlighted all of your sessions. The fact that you have also taken the time to prepare a study guide for your students speaks volumes about you as a educator and as a man. On a truly personal note, I will always remember the smile on your face and the gleam in your eye when I told you that I had passed the school exam. exam this Tuesday. everyone said that the school test is harder. It took all of
27 min and I got a 94% using pretty much just your guide.

I have had the opportunity to be in a Real Estate Family for the past 22 years.  My mother, when alive was a TOP PRODUCER in NYS in the early 80's when the R.E. boom took off.  I have also practiced in Florida for several years and I am a former Director of Compliance for the NYS Banking Department, which regulates Mortgage Brokers/Bankers for the past 12 years as well.  Rarely in my professional and personal experiences have I seen such dedication and knowledge as that which you possess.  I have had the opportunity to sit through several of your classes and by far you have proven to be the best instructor I have had even more than my college professors.  I have had the opportunity to read through the Sales Person book by Marcia in its entirety, however I cannot Thank You enough for this amazing study guide in which you have provided free to all who have had the privilege of your teachings.  You have kept true to the books meaning, while adding your own personal experiences !
as well as demystifying those difficult areas.  You may want to think about writing the next book for real estate professionals to use in classes.  You certainly are the best I've seen and heard and I greatly thank you for your help.  I have one last class with you in a few hours from now and I cannot wait.  Your lively personality takes the edge off and although the real estate course is an interesting one, you are the reason I will pass with flying colors.  If I fail, which I expect not to, it will only be my own fault.  You've been Great.  Thanks from a 12 year Mortgage professional and for all my peers as well.  I will keep in contact throughout my career. It would be the smart thing to do.
